General Information
Reservations
We recommend that you schedule appointments prior to arrival at the spa. Reservation are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a credit card during peak season.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Missing or cancelling an appointment less than 24 hours in advance will result in a fee assessed at the full value of the missed appointment. Ruidoso is a mountainous area, adverse weather is commonplace. Missing or cancelling an appointment due to weather will result in a fee assessed at the full value.
When to Arrive
Please arrive ten minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out a brief health history so your therapist can provide you with the best service possible. Please note that should you arrive late, your treatment will end at its scheduled time as a courtesy to the next client and result in a fee assessed at the full value.
What to Wear
We suggest that you wear comfortable clothing. If you are having multiple treatments a robe and slippers will be provided. During your treatment you will be asked to disrobe to your comfort level, as our therapists are professionally trained in proper draping techniques to ensure your privacy and comfort.
Cell Phones
As a courtesy to all the clients in The Body Bar, please turn off all cell phones, pagers and other electrical devices before entering the spa.
Mother-To-Be
The majority of our services can be received if you are pregnant. Please let us know if you are expecting when making your appointment so appropriate modifications can be made to your treatment.
Gratuities
Additional gratuities may be made at your discretion for exceptional service.
